To rest within what is + to find peace into it, is a practice that calls us to open. To gift ourselves to the moment without trying to change, escape, hide or burry anything. But to welcome. To welcome us back to our body, to our heart & to the Earth. To breathe in (all) life so we can feel, let ourselves be touched, and emerge more rooted into the now.
To support your journey, I offer a range of poetic, and transformative experiences all devoted to nurture your nervous system, cultivate presence, nourishment, and to expand your capacity to hold more of you with compassion. My writings are woven into my work, and shared with the hope anchored into my heart that words will carry a unique medicine for you. My deepest intention is to provide safe, simple & sustainable containers + journaling explorations for you to meet + greet yourself just as you are. Developing an intimate relationship with your heart, your body, life, and all that make it through slowness, rest, rituals, art, and earth-medicine.
Here we feel, listen, create, connect, embrace + inhabit the subtle flow of being so we can become the cup that receives the soul. So we can become the breath that birth it into the world.
Human + Soul, all at once.
Open to all levels, all genders, all ages, all ethnicities. We are an inclusive community that embrace all of you.
Women circles + courses focusing specifically on the feminine body or feminine arts will always be mentioned in the description.

"It is the hour of my birth, my transformation, my coming into becoming. I anoint myself and rise from the lotus pool. I am changed - a new man, a lapwing among stars. My name is prayer. My spirit hawk flees the egg, leaves its shell. I am fresh as a fledgling in its mother's nest. This life is my offering, what common men give Gods"
